I have known Bruce for a year and worked directly with Bruce at the GymX Enterprise of 3 fitness clubs in the Waco, Temple, Killeen location. I was operating as the COO of GymX until we were able to hire Bruce as a business consultant and I moved into IT and Business Development. His immediate leadership was grounded in building employee loyalty to the establishment while raising operating standards to a level never seen within the organization. Bruce's work ethic is unmatched and his ability to drive profitability and increase customer retention is a direct result of this innate drive to succeed. At all times, we personally enjoyed our time together discussing our families, background, and strategies for continued success and growth. We worked together daily with oversight for existing and future growth of the GymX organization. I have known Mr. Tran for a long time and consider him to be a very honest and trustworthy man. Mr. Tran is very confident in his business and in himself.
